NAV LiveUpdate is updating itself a LOT these days

I used to never notice updates, (i'm assuming they came every other week or so), but lately, it seems like 3-4 times a day my LiveUpdate thing pops up and informs me that it was updated.

is this just me?

Thanks for reminding me. I just updated my virus definitions. I didn't realize I was behind since I just did it 3 days ago.

i think i'll do that too, turn off auto-update and just update every several days
