Is NAV 2003 compatible with MSN Messenger 6.0.0503? I can't seem to configure NAV to scan Messenger received files in the NAV Instant Messenger control panel.

I've seen a virus scan option in the file transfer options panel in Messenger 6, but wich .exe file do I have to select?!? There are a lot of executables in the NAV directory:

NAVAPSVC.EXE
NAVAPW32.EXE
NAVSTUB.EXE
NAVW32.EXE
NAVWNT.EXE

My NAV desktop shortcut points to "navui.nsi /nosysworks", I know this is the common integrator interface for both AV and SysWorks.

As far as I know, Messenger is compatible with all anti-virus utilities...just need to use the correct executable.

And as with nearly all anti-virus utilities, there is more than one executable.

Messenger has the uncanny ability to auto-reject an incorrect EXE. It will appear to save the EXE you chose, then the next time you open Options, it's blank again. So trial-n-error can usually flesh out which is the correct executable.

But I digress...I'm pretty sure it's NAVAPW32.EXE
