NAV 2001 vs NAV 7.51 CE (for Win2K Pro)

Any security/performance difference between the two? I currently have NAV 2001 at home but have access to NAV 7.51 CE. Is it worth the upgrade/downgrade? Thanx, peace out.
 
CE seems to be a smaller program and it doesn't intergrate with other norton products..

By smaller I mean it uses fewer resources.
