Herbal medicine has included herbs that had real effects and then became medicines such as aspirin and valium, but also a lot of quackery and even poisons.

Odds are the $30 book is worthless, since it probably mixes what works with placebos and poisons. Modern medicine is far from perfect, but a lot more testing goes into it.

Actually, much of it is not quackery. And lots of modern medicine is based off ancient remedies.
If you find a natural or herbal way to solve your ills, better you are off for it.

dig around a few of these articles. while these cures sound great, when it comes time to put some science behind them, supporters either dont accept the challenge, or do accept and then never complete.

ive seen that infomercial. i liken it to the psychics. if they could really do what they claim, the last place they would be is hocking thier bs on late night tv.

thats not to say none of these remedies work. but the trick is finding that 1% that has been over looked by modern medicine in the sea of snake oil.

The only way to find out if the book is a scam or not is to try its methods/ways. Then a rational person can make an opinion or decision about this book based on experience🙂😎
