NATO bombing Chinese Embassy in Serbia Issue

I need a favor from everyone.
Does anyone know where to find the evidence of radar signals detected inside the Chinese embassy which caused the bombing?
I think the later explanation about using outdated 10 year old recon photos is a real lame coverup. I remember hearing an explanation about our stealth fighter detecting the radar signals coming out of the Chinese embassy, but I can't find that story anywhere.
I really need this piece of info to make some Chinese guy shut up.

I don't think that is the something you would find at your local library, but good luck.

Like a stealth fighter should be able to pick up a radar scanning it when it is "lit up" right?

I dobut it would be in the local library, but the net is much more useful than the local library, unless I happen to work for CIA or something.

Well, from my limited knowledge on the topic, they work primarily by deflecting it and avoiding it. Notice the angles on them, they're there for a reason along the with material to absorb the rest instead of reflecting it . You probably could figure out the radar since it isn't passive.
