In most places they can. Some local places have passed laws against it but courts usually strike them down unless it also bares men.

In NYC the city had to pay out some cash to some women that went topless and got a ticket/arrested.
 
nudity is not pornography. of course if I was caught looking at some young hotties titties on the beach... that slap from the wife would hurt something fierce.
 
The guy makes a great point about kids being at that beach, maybe if it were an adult exclusive beach it would be different :hmm:

I am not even sure what the local law is on the subject. I doubt too many will choose to walk topless here anyway.
 
I just can't wrap my mind around the whole nudity = immorality argument. If my children saw some boobs, I could give a shit less.

😕 You do know how young kids feed right? The only reason older kids would think boobs are weird is because we cover them up and tell them.

Why would it be bad seeing a boob? Female boob that is, nto male boob. Or should men not be allowed topless?
 
It's been legal for women to go topless anywhere in Ontario for about 10 years now. Nobody does though. You'd think that would bother me, but the only types that do are 60+ and obese. 🙁
 
It's a trap. You'll be looking at some hot woman, maybe snap a photo, then the police will come and arrest you for child pornography because she's really 16.

totally disagree. having lived in Europe for several years and going to public places like lakes or beaches where women of all ages are laying or walking around topless i fail to see what "damaging" effects it would have on kids.

Yea, who gives a shit. It kind of takes the fun out of it anyway :^D

When boobs are freely given, you stop caring so much. It's much more interesting when the exposure is infrequent, or unintended.
 
I'm gonna have to vote for immorality.

I'd rather see a bunch of topless immoral wimmenz than a bunch of topless "equality-seeking" wimmenz.
