This was always a big deal at my high school. Of course, academics did not mean a thing at my high school.

I've been watching all day. UT is picking up a great class and just waiting on 2 more. How's it going down on the plains?

Now they just have to qualify (which is never automatic).

Most any team can sign is 25. A lot of teams sign more than 25 because of academic casualties.

#4 ranked class in the country. This is the scenario that I feared when he took over at Carolina.

Although, I'm pleased with Auburn's results...I've seen our class ranked anywhere from 6 to 8.

Yeah but check the top-10 (on Rivals). UGA is #9 overall but only #6 in the SEC. Getting tougher that's for sure.

According to SI, 6 of the top 10 classes are SEC teams (Florida, Tennessee, LSU, South Carolina, Auburn, & Georgia).

Bama and Ole Miss are also top-25 on most lists. The small surprise is what UNC has pulled off. They will be a force in the ACC in the next couple of years.

EDIT: Gerald Jones just signed! Now the coaches need to do something with these guys.

I could not find any cards at Hallmark. What kind of holiday is there without cards?

Bama is up to #10 now. That makes 7 of the top 10 classes from the SEC (per CNN/SI - Rivals).

Yep. Fortunately March Madness is going to start soon to ease the wait.
