One would think that after 8 1/2 years and trillions of dollars spent, Uncle Sugar could have designed a series of integrated terror data bases that would cross-tab for things like 'watch list,' 'visa status,' 'AQ,' 'Yemen,' 'State Department,' 'Father Raises Red Flag,' etc., and disseminate compiled information on a timely basis here and abroad, where necessary.
