National Geographic TOPO! 4.0 and a AMD X2

I have recently upgraded from a 3200+ to a 3800+ X2. At first I ran my X2 in my mATX HTPC until I got my new parts from Newegg for a full ATX build. In the HTPC TOPO! 4.0 for Colorado would not load with the new X2 and its Optimizer and Driver even though 3.0 of other states would. If I put the 3200+ back in it would work. What it would do is open of the loader then send a error message so it would never get the map program, I also am using the latest update for TOPO 4.0. I just figured that the X2 needed a clean install so I waited until my new system came. I then tried it in my new system and the same thing happened. I have tried running Reg Mechanic and unistalling the Optimizer, but nothing will work. I also have all up to date drivers and updates for windows XP not 64bit. Tech support had no answer for me, except that they have had one report of this happening on another X2 system.

Thanks in advance.
