I'm used to the National Anthem since it's tradition, but do we really need to hear god bless america EVERY game during the 7th inning?

Were you complaining about them playing Take Me Out to the Ball Game during every 7th inning stretch beforehand?

I could do without it.

*waits for all the accusations of not being patriotic*

Seriously... I could do just fine never hearing the damn song again. Everyone who tries to sing it seems to butcher it to holy hell with their "personal touch" that they think is the greatest thing. Just play the damn ball game!

You obviously dont watch alot of baseball, seeing that you think that they sing "God Bless America" during the 7th. In fact you probably made this topic to destroy and question tradition that you dont even know about.

unless someone is forcing you to stand at attention and/or sing, i dont see the problem. attendence at ballgames is not manditory.
