NAT + 1 program + special ports + multiple users

say I had a program that used ports 3000-3003 on a NAT and needed to connect to an outside server on those ports.
I wanted 5 workstations to all able to use this program.
whats the best way to set it up?

would setting up a port trigger on the router be the best option?
could I set the .xe up on their server, forward the ports to the server and they could all launch the .exe from their desktops?

suggestions?
