I pulled some nasty fusers out a couple days ago. I obediently thought of OT and remembered to take pics.

This one the fan stopped for some reason, and the fuser got hot enough to melt to the pressure roller.

I don't know what happened to this one, but the bearings carved a nice pattern into the axel on the roller like a lathe. You can see how large that axel is supposed to be on the pic of the other fuser.

Edit2: Yeah poor quality... I used an old sony 2mp with a floppy for storage. :shocked:

Edit3: At least let's have a pat on the back for remembering pics.... 🙁
