NASLite vs NAS device

I'm debating on buying a copy of NASLite or buying a NAS device like Linksys's NSLU. I'm mainly using the storage for MP3's, shared files, etc. Wally world has the NSLU on clearance for $79. I like the NSLU's small footprint.

Can anyone tell me why the pros/cons of both?
