Congratulaions to Jimmie Johnson on winning his second cup championship in a row, and to Hendrick Motorsports for laying the smackdown on all others with a dominating year.

Lots of changes in store for the 2008 season. Nextel Cup will become the Sprint Cup. Dale Jr. changes over to Hendrick with National Guard and Mountain Dew as his sponsors. Matt Kenseth's crew chief is to become the GM for Rousch-Fenway racing. Joe Gibbs Racing to change from Chevrolet to Toyota, giving Toyota a respectable race team with Tony Stewart, Denny Hamlin and newcomer Kyle Busch. All races to be run with the new Car of Tomorrow.

Going to make for an exciting 2008!

3 months till the start of the new season at the 50th running of the Daytona 500.
