NASCAR is so damn boring

Hey, c'mon.... Nascar has improved....
Now, instead of one of the same 5 rednecks winning a race, there's like 15 or 20 of them who win regularly.
Personally, I think they should reverse direction every 10 laps. If they had any real skill, they'd consistently be able to avoid the head on collisions with the guys they lapped. 😛

There's a little more skill to racing than just turning left guys. I don't watch NASCAR, but you guys should have a little respect for what these guys do. Most people don't understand the strength and willpower it takes to drive a stock car for 3 hours straight, basically buckled in to where they can't move, with layers of fire-retarded material on in 100+ degree temperatures, no way to move while driving, all the while trying to enter a corner at 150+ inches away from another car that they can't see and must avoid to hit.

That's their life, don't make fun.

Not a smart move. A Black Dude, especially a Black Dude as small as you, wearing that shirt in the heart of NASCAR Country is just looking for an ass whipping.

That thought occurred to me as well 😀

I'm a big NASCAR fan. But I can see how some would think it is boring. Personally, I think golf and baseball are boring to watch on TV.
The only thing I can tell ya is if you ever get a chance to go to a live NASCAR race, do it. You may walk away with a different opinion.

I've yet to see aany NASCAR race on TV that even came close to being as exciting as the last 4 games of the ALCS were.

That said, I do think that any Motor Sport needs to be seen live to get the most out of it, especially Car Races.

nice 😀
and yes, listen to what Red Dawn said

... I want the "life" tshirt for use in the gym, nothing is as hard as beating life 🙂

I didn't see the ALCS, so I can't say.

The shirt is funny thought. NA$CAR has made some changes in the past few years that hasn't set well with the diehard fans.

woohoo another NASCAR bashing thread!

NASCAR SUCKS! Its a huge waste of resources for what? Boring!

Completely boring on TV, but a really good time live.

I went to a Busch series race last year on free tickets with my Dad. When you stand a few feet from the track and those cars come SCREAMING by at 180 mph, it's awesome.

Two good things about NASCAR

Watkins Glen and Sonoma. (Sorry JM, the do turn right). After that, get me the t-shirt. 😀

I can't stand to watch Nascar. My roommate is a huge fan (works for them), so he tried to get me to start watching. But in the few races I've watched, it's mostly just the announcers sucking off Junior while he knocks everyone on the track out of his way (I hear the apple didn't fall far from the tree on that one). I think it's hilarious that whenever someone hits a guy and it's obvious, NASCAR either warns them or kicks them out of the race, but when Junior does it (I've only watched a few races, and I saw him hit multiple guys both times) they don't say a word.
