For me this is a really cool website. Every (US) government agency employs their share of hacks, but I think that NASA does mostly excellent work with excellent results. It's nice to see us paying for advanced technology that is not used for weapon systems, but promoting the advancement of humanity and understanding. Some people are disappointed that we have not put humans in space beyond the moon. But our space crafts are doing amazing things to explore our solar system, the Milky Way and beyond, at a much lower cost than sending out Captain Kirk and Mr Spock.

I think it's cool that a lot of the stuff that is done by NASA, CSA and other space agencies and even private industry like SpaceX is more or less public. They could easily be doing everything and not sharing anything, but they share a lot of really cool photos, information, video footage etc.

The ISS has a live view as well which is pretty neat to watch every now and then, can even hear the astronauts talk on the radio sometimes.

If you catch it on time I think they'll even show astronauts suiting up to go for a space walk and stuff.
