hi i am thinking for weeks now to setup a file server or to bauy a NAS. I have an old pentium which i can use as file server but again i have to buy 2 drives and a pci sata card because does not support raid and ofcourse sata. i need it to store and access mostly photos, mp3's and files from 3 pcs inside the house and in future to link my home cinema.
What do u people think?? go with file server or with NAS?? any advantages disadvantages that both have??
