NAS box with eSATA or USB2 access

Is there a NAS box out there that lets you hook it to your router AS WELL AS allowing for eSATA/USB2 access? I have a QNAP-TS101 and it only transfers files over ethernet. Another ideal setup for me would be an enclosure that lets you use more than one interface at a time (USB2 and eSATA, for example).
