I recently purchased an iomega StorCenter and I'm using the bundled EMC Retrospect Express software to backup from my computer to the NAS, but I'm wondering if there's a better program for this and if there's some way to tell the NAS to copy/sync to an attached storage device. The attached storage on my NAS shows up as a folder within the networked drive.. so perhaps a program that allows me to schedule folder syncing would be best?
