well as some of you may know I am working on creating a larger herd for myself and TA, I just wanted to clear some stuff up.

its going to take time to get all of the machines that I have planned to setup ready and on track.

I may not get all that I am hoping for, I am hoping for 48 from my current school, and 100 or so from my previous school (North) I may not get all of them and I am fairly sure that I will not, but I will try my darndest to get as many as I can.

wish me luck in my adventures and pray to the computer gods (or whatever god you pray to)to see that my journey is a easy and sucessful one.

now where is that damned spell checker!

Narzy, Just wanted to say that I have this client running on a few PCs and have only encountered 1 problem to date. This is with Easy CD Creator 3.51 and HP burners. I might add that 2 of the burners are on NT and one is on 2000 Pro. There is a place to pause the client for any program that causes a problem. Make sure you put the full path to the executable in it and use the DOS 8.3 file name convention on the path (i.e. c:\progra~1\MyFold~1\My.exe).

Also, if they need any assurance on the soundness of this client, we can get together a list of information to provide them.

correction they are not PIII but celerys but still all the same a good amout of them (this is at my school I am unsure about the chips at north)

Narzy, North's teacher machines are Celerys. However, most of the new student machines are PMMXs and P2s. Oh, and I might beat you to the chance of assimilation, I'm applying to be Kirkwood's TA as we speak.

Speaking of the website, you might want to tell Kirkwood where it is, he's been threating to kill the guy that left it in limbo.

kirkwood should check with my supervisor on that one. actually we are working on getting a server for the website so that I can edit it from anywhere, much easier that way. seing that I dont go to north nor have the time that it takes to go there every day to update the site. :/
