Cool, I need my fix after watching all 98 episodes over the weekend.

Those who read the manga, did they ever explain how they went from 4th hokage to 3rd hokage?
I'm assume that 3rd gave the title to the 4th and was asked to take the title again when 4th died.

Oh, and who's the turtle that Gai(Guy) summoned earlier?

4th died, no suitable sucessor to be found, job gets passed back to 3rd. 🙂

the turtle seems like it's probably just his summoning creature, like how kakashi has his dogs.

argh, non action episodes, hurry up and get to the next set of battles. lol.

98 episodes over a weekend? Wow, I have 90 episodes and am up to episode 60 after about two weeks. I think 3rd Hokage was in retirement, and after the 4th died at young age the 3rd came back out of retirement. Well that's what my friend who reads the manga tells me.
