Narrowed it down to these PSU's

I've managed to narrow down the possible PSU's to three.
These are the tentative power-hungry specs:

A8N SLI-DELUXE Motherboard
A64 3200 Winchester CPU
6800 GT Graphics card (potentially 2 in the future)
DVD-RW and SATA HD

Concerns:
1)These are all 24-pin and have PCI-E cables don't they?
2)What is main difference between CoolerGiant and Noisetaker because on Newegg the CoolerGiant is 20 bucks more and the Noisetaker has more amps on the 12V rails in addition to a whopping 5 more watts total.
3)Should this "Just-below-500W" goal of mine be enough to power this machine? I paid close attention to the 12V rails and made sure they all had at least 30A combined on the 12V rail.

Also: Still open to suggestions for NO MORE than $110. (As you can see, the Neopower is over this budget, so I'm leaning away from it unless somebody can come up with compelling reasons to choose it over the others).

I would choose the Neopower 480. Not sure about the PCIe cables but I'm pretty sure that they do. I would keep the OCZ Powerstream or Modstream PSU's in mind also.

I would go for the Neo Power or Tagan's 480 watt PSU.

Reasons for these choices? The Tagan has to weak of a 12V line, I wanted at least 30A. Why the NeoPower over the other choices.

The Tagan has 28A; over 300 watts on the 12v rail, that?s more then enough for your system. That?s figuring in 2 6800GTs, with just 1 480 watts is overkill.

My choice for Neo Power comes down to lower noise and brand preference.

NeoPower was also declared as the best PSU in this month's Maximum PC. They tested many different power supplies including PCP&C 510, OCZ Powerstream, and Enermax.

actually the Pc&c was the best, but they rated it lower than the antec for some really trival reasons. also the article didnt do any testing of voltage ripples (the fact that maximum pc only uses pc&C psu in their dream machines, should tell you enough). if somone is going to go dual 6800 gts or ultra's and not get a PC&C, is just silly. if you are gonna penny pitch on the psu, you shouldnt get the sli. its no different if you buy a car, if you cant afford the gas millage or insurance, dont buy that cadillac escalade, a lesson many of my freinds have learned, esp going from queens to brooklyn.

Thanks for the inputs, although it sounds like just a bunch of regurgatation...Anything wrong in particular with the Enermaxes, surprised nobody has commented on them yet.

no other brands are good, but the model's you listed weren't. the ocz 520 is pretty good, so is the forton 520 both of those should be enough for you future sli needs.
The problem is (pc&c excluded) is how the manufactures rate thier power supplies, some measure buy peak power at temps so low that they arent attainable. So while it may say 480, it actual use about say room temp is less than 400.

Any of those 3 you listed are more than enough as far as amps on the 12 volt rails is concerned. As far as PCI-E compliant, I don't know. It doesn't matter though, I'm sure you could take the +5, +12 and ground wires and wire them up for connection to the vid cards and the aux connector on the mobo. And there is no such thing as overkill when it comes to power. Better to have more and not need it than need more and not have enough! Nuff said.

Get the cooler giant.

Out of the ones you listed, i'd go with the Neopower. I would also consider an OCZ Powerstream.

I've had this one running for about 3-days. It's a beast. I would have gone with this if it had been in stock when I was ready to order. The PCP&C would have been a no-brainer if it had dual 12v rails because it reviewed best of them all.
