Narrowed it down to either a Radeon 9000 or 9100

Hey guys, as some may know I'm on an extreme budget for my new system. I was going to go with a radeon 9000 pro but it looks like I can get a Saphire 9100, which also has the 128ddr and tv out/in dvi etc, and was told the 9100 is a much better card. Any thoughts ? (ti4200 is to expensive, can't make the jump, not right now anyways🙁)

9100 = 8500, 9000 = weakend 8500, so use the law of detachment if 8500 = 9100 and 8500> 9000 then 9100>9000
on another note 4200 refurbs are cheap, 80ish

Does the fact that its a Sapphire matter ?

Sapphire is fine, they make all ATI cards AFAIK, go for the 9100.
