But the $2 one is only good up to XP1800. The $5 one can actually be used on a XP2500 with a high speed fan...
(The $2 one is out of stock, anyway)
 
Yeah, I'm actually a fan of the GC-68. I use it on video cards. With a panaflo L1A on it, its pretty quiet and will take heat out of the equation for video card overclocking, even with volt mods.
