Napster/ Starband Not working now?? Firewall or what?

I have starband... and up until tonight it worked great. All my machines think the passwords and internet connections are bad. I am worried that they have configured firewalls to not allow it anymore (they specifically state they do not like users ussing Napster or other programs to upload files). Anyone know anything?

I have tried configuring the proxy, but it does not help and my server can't connect either.
What are the exact configs I should be using under the proxies..

Or am I just paranoid and it is not Starband?
