In a related note, JUDGE PETER J. WALSH just purchased a brand new house in the Florida Keys where he will retire to pursue his hobby of racing offshore Cigarette Boats!

I hate to see Napster go (offically that is) but because of Napster, there are others that will go on. They shut down one, but others came up and the record companies cannot possibly shut them all down now. They were so worried that they might loose a few $$ that they spent thousands (likely 100 of thousands) to shut down Napster. All I can do is laugh now.

Just curious, if I buy a movie sound track, lets say the LOTR CD. Does RIAA get a precentage of that?
