Napster file transfer issue

I have a friend who can never get a full transfer from anyone on Napster. She gets a "transfer error" everytime, although she still stays online. She also makes sure there aren't a lot of people uploading or downloading from the person she wants the song from. Any ideas?

Is she on dial-up?? It takes so long to download an MP3 on dial-up many people actually terminate the transfer.

is she in a school/university connection? that might be an issue too, you never know what those sneaky bastards will do

i believe that alot of people just sit there and manually terminate your connection with them, just to piss you off.

thats one reason why it is just easier to buy the cd
