I wish I could take an hour or so nap right after lunch. I think I'd be much less grumpy the rest of the day.

Power naps are the best. I can knock out for about 30-40 mintues and it can make up for missing 3-4 hours of sleep the night before. I love naps!

Mmmm, a 2 hour nap was sure good. still tired, but it was refreshing after a shower.

Naps rock, except when you wake up at 8PM and then can't get to bed until 3, only continuing the cycle.

i rarely take a nap but when i do they are like 10 minutes long tops.
they do feel awesome

Same here. The weird thing is that I can fall asleep really easily for naps but it takes me an hour or two to fall asleep at night.

I hated naps when I was a kid. Even if I was tired, I wanted to stay up and play, not go to bed!

Now that I'm 25, I have learned to appreciate a good nap. It's so funny how you can sleep for 14 hours and wake up feeling like s#it, yet other times when you're really sleepy you can take a 15 minute nap and feel great for the next few hours...

I'm always accidently taking naps. If I'm reading in my bed or doing homework instead of at my desk often times I'll suddenly wake up and it will be 30 minutes-3 or 4 hours later. I don't purposely take naps though. Not yet atleast.

And damnit, I forgot to bid on an auction that ended over an hour ago.

The women are much hotter as well and there are rarely fat chicks

So does working swing shift. When you have to do that, naps are your friend because you have to catch some sleep when you can. It sucks, your body can't adapt to a regular schedule and is all out of whack because it dosen't know when it should be awake and when it should be asleep. :(

My roommate and I were just having this discussion. He's a huge fan of naps. He usually takes at least one a day for a half hour to forty-five minutes. I've never been a fan of naps, though. My sleep schedule is already bad and naps just seem to make it worse. As it is I usually go to bed between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM on the weekdays. If I took a nap, I would get to bed even later.
