Nand ram

NAND is used to replace Hard Drives, not RAM.

NAND is slower than RAM, but faster than Hard Drives.

So you replace/upgrade your Hard Drive with an SSD.

You cannot upgrade your Hard Drive with RAM because 1) that would be expensive, and 2) RAM loses its data when it's turned off.
