Yes, I know I posted this at other forums that I am a part of, but decided to share it here:

Currently, Google is asking the public to come up with a name for its next major release, codenamed Android N. I was thinking, if you could name future releases, what would be your list?

Here is my list:
N - Nutter Butter
O - Orange Crush
P - Pink Lemonade
Q - This one is tough. I know this is kind of cheating, but what about Quesito, a popular rolled cream cheese filled puff pastry sold in Puerto Rico?
R - Red Velvet Cake
S - Strawberry Milkshake
T - Turtle Pie
U - Upside-Down Cake
V - Vanilla Ice Cream
W - Waffle Cone
X - Xylitol (well, it is sweet)
Y - Yogurt
Z - Zebra Cake

What would be your list?

Q -
R - Red Velvet Cake
S - Sundae
T - Tiramisu
U -
V -
W -
X -
Y -
Z -

Lol, I'm not creative enough to think of many of them.

I doubt they'll do trademarked names again, so things like nutter butter, nutella and oreo are out.

They probably can't think of any either, which is why it's up to the public now =P

You don't remember Kitkat? I'm hopeful they'll do it again.

I do, that's why I said "I doubt they'll do trademarked names again"

While the deal didn't cost anybody money, it still took time to get the needed parties on board with what each side was going to do. Sounded like more work than it was worth, and if they have any alternative names that aren't trademarked I'd imagine they'd go that route before going through this whole thing again.

Yeah, that was me derping at 5:39 am lol. They have some time to release N, so it shouldn't stop them from using Nutella. Nougat would be a good choice as well.

I agree that Nougat seems like the obvious choice for N. Maybe something like Quince Pie for Q? I like Snickerdoodle for S.

After N, its gonna be 8.0 and that's it. Then its going to explode, Firefox style. before you know it, we will be at 50.0.

No way the desert thing is over.... they'll start over again with the letter A again after they finish with Z the first time around.

Was pretty sure Nougat would win. It's an actual dessert (sorry, Nutella), it's easy to pronounce and doesn't require a licensing deal (see: Nutella and Nutter Butter).

As for what's next... Orange Cream Cake?
