There is truth in what you say. I bought a Panasonic phone station for my expandable system from them. The phone came with its manufacturer packaging taken off and someone's address book programmed in the phone! (The phone was advertised as new.) The phone seemed to work, but I noticed it had severe battery problems. I had to buy a replacement battery.

CPA...the e-mail said word for word that it got ACCEPTED and I was offered a counter offer of 1448.00.

So basically it didn't get accepted however the e-mail and link is certainly decieving.
