Name your favorite DX8 game

how much dx8 stuff did UT2004 really have tho? i can't remember (at comparable res/eyecandy settings) it looking very different on my gf4mx440 compared to on my mates ti4200 or later my 9800 pro...

actually, the only thing i can think of it that the health vials looked sparklier and prettier on my 9800 pro 😱
 
Max Payne 2, NOLF2, and C&C Generals. In fact, I still play Generals Zero Hour, so I guess that would be my favorite in replay value, but Max Payne 2 would take the honors for the first time around.

yeahm max payne 2 looked awesome, was great fun, and the engine scaled brilliantly into the bargain 🙂
 
Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis

Scratch Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast, just checked the box, its an openGL engine. 🙂
