Here's what I know:

"Too many times we stand aside, and let the waters slip away. 'Til what we put off until tomorrow, has now become today. So don't you stand upon the shoreline and say you're satisfied. Choose to chance the rapids and dare to dance the tides..."

You knew that many words to the song and couldn't figure it out on your own? You suck at the internet. 😛

I agree. I typed exactly what you wrote in google and hit "I'm feeling lucky." and it got me HERE

I don't know, but those lines are corny.
I had a religion teacher in high school (went to catholic school) who was obsesed with that song. He would play it in class and cry when it was finished, explaining some nonsense about how the song related to life and religion. Personally, I think it's so trite it belongs on one of those corny inspirational posters (you know, the ones with the picture of a bear or a mountain that say "ATTITUDE" or "TEAMWORK").
