Might also be Clocks by Coldplay. If you've heard it on the radio, that's my guess. I've never heard Trouble on the radio.

Not really new, no. Allmusic.com says they formed in 1998. First album was in 2000 (other than EPs) (had the single Yellow on it, if you've heard that). I like their stuff quite a bit. Good, relaxing music, pretty much all similar to Clocks.
