Name this food for me!

At work last week, in the cafeteria, they had this chicken meal which was pretty darn good. But I can't remember what the name of it was! It was Chicken P-something. It started with a P, but I can't remember what it was. I think it's a pretty common chicken recipe, but I can't remember what it was called! I want to find a recipe, so can someone tell me what it was by what I've told you?

It was mainly a piece of boneless chicken with a sauce.
