heard a song on the local rock/alternative station this morning and was wondering if anyone could help identify it. it had a girl singing, was acoustic and very mellow and i believe the chorus had the word "strange" in it. it reminded me of the shins, jason collett, and matt costa. some of the details might be a little off and sorry for the ambiguity... it was my waking alarm, so i was really groggy when i woke up.
 
don't think it was dido or alanis morsette. it was on 92.9 kjee around 12:00 PM (so lunch time). another artist it was similar to is mirah. already checked kjee's site but they only have the typical most played tracks 🙁

edit: i'm now 75% certain it's catie curtis - strange from using itune's preview.
