Hmmm, either I don't know the movie or you got the quote wrong...

But shouldn't it be:
"When I have kids, every time I drive by a fast-food restaurant I'm going to have to punch them in the face."

Sorry I wasn't super accurate. It just came in my head. I saw the movie a couple months ago.
