I need help in identifying the artist and title of this song.

I do not have the whole song just a small bit that was extracted from a dvd movie my mother was watching.

I heard the song on xm radio, BPM to be exact. I want to say its something from Ian Van Dahl but I checked the website and nothing sound close. I believe its something from 2005 but I could be wrong.

I had written it down before when I flipping through the channels just I lost it.

It is playing in the background. the louder sound is actually some company logo "sweeping" into the frame ignore that.

any help would be appreciated

Okay now its fix, its on putfile. If it doesn't work either I simply give up

There likely is but I was only remind of the song when a commericial for some asian company ran while my mom was flipping through the channels at my house.
 
The last bit sounds familiar, if you speed it up 2 or 3 times, but it could take me ages to find what I am thinking it is .. not to mention last time I thought I recognized a song I thought I was confusing shoegaze with speedmetal, so I'm probably wrong anyway.

My bad, I assumed it was a commericial. She was actually watch some dvd her friend loaned her. It was the company logo I guess I dunno who. ripped out the audio and isolated to the section I wanted. Updated OP to reflect that
