All right, so I heard this song on the radio today, not sure who it was, or the exact lyrics..here is my brief description

Sounded like jewel
didn't have much instruments in the song, mostly straight up vocal


any ideas?
 
Wait... you mean that song where that girl is singing those lyrics with those sounds in the background?

I know what youre talking about. Its like that one song by that girl with blonde hair... you know, there's music going on in the background and shes singing along to it.. 😀

Heh..i have no clue on the lyrics...wasn't paying attention.

Some whiny chick that sounded like Jewel.

This song just stuck out to me because there was no background music / instruments... was all vocal / acoustical

Different that the usual stuff they play on the radio.
 
Needle = song sung by "some girl" who sounds like Jewel
Haystack = All the countless female singers that sound like and all the songs that would cause you to believe they're from Jewel
