I know Streetlight is Catch 22 evolved...but '98 Keasbey was so much better.

And I'm sure a lot of people know of them, but I just love them so much:

Yeah, they have some good stuff. I like their older stuff more than the newer though. Praise the Fallen is probably my favorite. The last CD of theirs I bought was Futureperfect and I downloaded Matter and Form but I wasn't all that impressed. Looks like they've got a new one coming out soon.

Hmm...

Pig Destroyer has a new album out. But I couldn't find any traccks from it on youtube. In case you don't know, they're pretty much the best grindcore band evar.

I've been listening to a lot of Leatherface too. Their split with Hot Water Music is just fantastic.

Aimee Mann

"Ghostworld" on youtube. ~One of the best videos ever despite its low budget.

She also has an amazing, self-deprecating and hilarious personality that really shows off in concerts. Also, has an official website and myspace if you google her name.

U.P.O. starts about 30 seconds in. Song is about 7 years old - I always like it. I never considered them more than a one hit wonder band tho, if you can call that song a hit.

Advance and Follow is a great album. Amhrán Comhrac is a gorgeous piece.
