okay, with my DFI ultra -d I got the item in the bottom right hand corner of the picture... name that pc part! looks like a big pair of black plastic tweezers!

It's the jumper remover thingy. for picking up the jumpers inbetween the two PCIe x16 slots.

It's a BIOS chip remover which can also be used to remove the jumper blocks on the motherboard.
