This is really about Paruresis, AKA, Shy Bladder. I am looking for a movie though.
Around 10 years ago, I heard Adam Corrola (sp?) and Dr. Drew discussing this on LoveLine after Adam pulled some stunt on The Man Show or something where he urinated on someone's wallet in a urinal on-stage prompting many people to ask how he was able to pee in public. He said he had no idea that the problem existed or that it was so common until he got all that feedback (same thing here... I could whip it out and urinate anywhere and didn't realize that this was a problem for some people).
Shortly after that, I saw some old movie on TV where a chatty girl (think "One time, at band camp...") follows the protagonist, a freshman boy, into a men's restroom in order to maintain her one-sided conversation. He then says that he can't "go" with her standing there. I had seen it before, but I only then realized what it was referencing. I know it was another one of those college movies for teens and it was probably an '80s or very early '90s movie.
I can't remember what the movie was called and the Wikipedia page for the condition only mentions some 2005 film reference. A little help?
