Name that children's book...

This is a long shot, but maybe somebody here has read it. It's a children's book about this baby turtle, and he has to find the moon so he can get to the sea or something. And I think one of the things is he finds a party on the beach with a big circular light and he thinks it's the moon. There is a tape with a song that goes along with the book, and it says something about "That's not the moon you see" and it's a lady singing.

Hopefully somebody know this...

I would doubt that anyone has recorded and uploaded this in sufficient quantity to be able to find it, but I'll take a hack.
