It's one of my favorites but I can't for the life of me remember it. It had two of the young 80s stars at the time, think James Spader and the like but I don't think he was in it.

The plot was business or traders and lots of cocaine. One man takes another under his wing to live in his condo to show him the ropes. Lots of partying, girl or stripper gets killed in the condo with a golf club I believe. Mentor bloodies the hell out of his protege's opponent to get protege his job and they are both locked in blackmail against eachother with the mentor having the upper hand.

Maybe Downey Jr. was in it.

Don't listen to these guys. It's Fast Times at Ridgemont High - the Director's Cut. In this special cut with 35 minutes of extra footage, Phoebe Cates emerges topless from the pool only to be beaten to a bloody death by Judge Reinhold, who then masturbates on her lifeless body. His mentor then blackmails him, Reinhold blackmails him back, and they both snort tons of cocaine.

Probably the greatest teen comedy ever.

Two days in the valley was awesome. Shame more people dont know about it.
One of those really good movies with a buttload of actors and nobody remembers it.
