actually Kraft mac and cheese tastes alot different then the store brand cheeap stuff, and by different i mean worse

the best garlic salt ive had in my life was the plain generic with the white label and garlic salt written in the bold black letters. my mom bought it and i made it last for about 10 yrs. i took it with me when i moved from home, and kept it through 4 more moves. i would literally hide it and wouldnt share it, which my wife found quite odd. it finally ran out a year and a half ago when we just bought our new home. 'twas a sad day for me.

Today I decided to try the 'expensive' mac and cheese cause Walgreens has it on sale for $1.50 a box.

Boy what a mistake . . . the cheap ass $0.35 a box from wallmart is so much better, probably because you use fresh butter instead of the 'cheese pouch'

Sam's Choice twist up lemon line soda, I almost prefer it over sprite, and for $1.97 a 12 pack the price can't be beat.

I have seen Coke for cheap.

A few weekends ago, GI Joe's had a sidewalk sale featuring Coca Cola 12-pack products (including Sprite) for $1.99 each.

Of course GI Joe's is only in WA/OR

My friend that used to manage a grocery store told me that the generic store brand products were usually relabeled major brand stuff, and it was just whatever company bid the lowest got to use their product.
