I would list go to wal-mart wearing nothing but camo and a skinning knife on your belt, but that is common around here during hunting season.

Drive around town wearing a welding helmet, or a wolfs mask.
 
Im in NYC, not much to make me stare but topless hot chick still would work for me. Sad, its actually not illegal to go topless in NYC but no one does it. Bummer.

lol, I heard about a "topless day" or something where it was supposed to be women going around topless to express their rights in some city where it was legal. And of course all the pictures of the event were 98% men and 2% women you definitely wouldn't want to see topless. No good toplessness to be found.
