Small = US companies only....I'm trying to avoid large multinationals like Dell. I just need to find something that I can get info on that won't make my group have to dig through endless cultures for answers. 😛

You could do something like Famous Dave's BBQ

They have ~40 corporate owned stores in the US, and about the same amount of franchised stores.
