QQ: What's the name of that site where you can check if a website is really down or if it's a problem on your end?

Trying to figure out why I can't seem to load the Steam online store from either Firefox or Steam browser...

A few hours ago, it said something along the lines of "Nope, it's not just you" (re: the Steam store). After a while, yeah, it changed to "Huh? doesn't look like a site on the interwho".
