Alright, I'm trying to remember the name of a free internet provider from the 90s, back when we used dial-up. All I remember is that it was free but it was ad driven and placed a banner on the bottom of the screen. I don't think they around more than a few years but maybe one of you has some idea of what I'm talking about.

Who remembers PointClick.com and all the $$$ earned?

I remember AllAdvantage.com, I made some good money making referrals and giving everyone a VB6 app I wrote to keep your mouse from going idle so you always hit your 20 hour limit each month.

I remember using ghost mouse and earning about $1,200 - $1,500 per month with absolutely zero effort.

I miss the gravy train days.

Man, those were good days. :) I hit 5 digits a month before they crashed out.

I even have some Value America $$$$ left LOL

An old timer ... I dearly miss our friend ValueAmerica.com

I remember when their 50% started and I REALLY REALLY wanted the new Zip Drive 250MB external USB drive ... so badly. I spent about 2 hours checking out, finally was able to check out and paid only $124.99 with free shipping.

12 years later it's in a box somewhere gathering dust bunnies :(

Today you can buy 4GB USB thumb drives for $9.99 at your local Staples B&M.

I remember NetZero from late '90s. Not "mid '90s."

I do remember Juno from mid '90s. At the time, it was only free dial-up email.

I got a few nice checks from those guys back in the day before they went under. I had a few hundred referrals I made with my website I owned at the time.
