Don't draft any of the following 3 players:
Boo Williams (NO, TE)
Kellen Winslow (Cle, TE)
Todd Pinkston (Phi, WR)

All are out for the year with injuries. Also, Rex Grossman (Chi, QB) is out for 6-8 weeks with a broken ankle and Kyle Orton is slated to take his starting spot.

As far as player news goes, I'm a big fan of rotoworld.com

Always depends on the specifics of your leagues -- i.e. number of teams, roster rules, points awarded. It also depends on the rosters of your rivals. And of course, so much of it is luck and schedule. ;)

I wish I had seen this post earlier, I have an Excel spreadsheet I would have sent you.

looks ok, depends on how many teams there are in your league. jugding by your bench players, looks like the league is pretty deep

I'd find someone to start in tatum bell's place, but hold him on the bench - mike anderson is supposedly the starter for now

You really need to try and get Larry Johnson on your bench as a backup for Priest. Also, keep your eyes peeled for a good backup/replacement RB as your RB are pretty weak. Depends on the # in your league though I guess.

Yeah, you really need Larry Johnson, as he will be getting 30% of the carries now and will be the starter if/when Priest goes down.

Also, Tatum Bell is not even a starter, so you are hurting at the RB position big time.
